Sasha has served as a key advisor for clients in many industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, commercial real estate and construction. Clients range from individuals to start-ups and established companies.
With experience in mergers and acquisitions, complex litigation, real estate transactions, commercial leasing, corporate governance, and probate and trust disputes, Sasha is well suited to provide effective and essential counsel.
Having successfully argued before the New York Appellate Division and ushered clients through substantial corporate acquisitions, Sasha has enjoyed sharing his experience with law and undergraduate students through his mentoring of the Moot Court and Dispute Resolution Society at his alma maters, Hofstra Law and Cal State Fullerton.
Sasha is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Chargers and Clippers and spends his off time on the tennis court and in the ocean.
